We seek a full-time dynamic Parts Administrator to join our talented team. This individual must have robust customer service skills, be a team player, and be dependable.

Job Responsibilities

As a Parts Administrator, you will work with our maintenance department and assist customers to ensure they receive the correct parts. This person will also be responsible for seeking outside sales opportunities, looking up and ordering parts, shipping, receiving, stocking inventory, shipping and delivery of airplane parts/equipment, and warranty administration. This person will also work to maintain accurate inventory controls to optimize sales.

Job Requirements

• Maintain a safe work environment
• Must be detail-oriented
• Have previous parts experience-not required
• Is proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Must maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism
• Must be able to pass a TSA background check
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

Hours:

Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., or as the workflow may require. This position may require overtime on occasion.
